Something to give you a sniff of what smiling is really about. Watch, focus and go back to whatever you should have been doing. The energy will do you good. If not, just linger. Procrastination rarely makes you feel good, but it sure as hell makes you feel better. Especially if you qualify for any of the above-mentioned criteria.
